. GOLF:
You can enjoy our Cocoa Beach vacation condos and play golf on a number of beautiful courses. There’s lots of great golf nearby and inexpensive. Depending on the course and time of year you can expect to pay from $20 to $65 per round with cart. Most courses have reduced rates after 12:00 P.M. and tend to be a bit less crowded in the afternoons. All will require collared shirts. I don’t know of any course that allows you to bring coolers onto the course although I haven’t seen the rule enforced. Tee times are usually easy to get without much notice and are observed pretty closely so be on time. I didn’t list the Orlando course but there are many within a 40 minute drive so just ask if you are interested. If you play a course that you really like or dislike let me know so I can include your comments. If you need someone to play with, let me know that also!

This is the closest course to the condo, 5 minutes. I have seen this course in good shape and in bad shape. It also can be pricey in the winter and would be substandard to Duran.
