Building Information

From the moment you arrive you will notice how clean and well kept the complex is. There is plenty of parking available. The elevators are secure and you will need the current code to call the elevator to get to the unit and a key to enter the pool/spa area providing a safe and secure environment. This is an ocean front complex.

There is a large pool heated to 85 degrees. Open 10 AM to 10 PM

Spa is located in pool area and heated to 104 degreese

Bring your racket to use the on premises tennis court. Chances are you can walk right on without a wait.
