you would like a partial week at the beach and a partial week at
Disney add $50 per night. So for 3 nights near Disney add $150,00
four nights $200.00. Nights must be consecutive. Your accommodations
will be 10 minutes to the Disney gates, in a private 4 bedroom 3
bathhome with pool.Availability for this option may be limited so

To reserve your stay, a $300 deposit is required at time of booking.
Within 60 days of arrival, the remaining balance plus 11% Florida
LodgingTax and a refundable $200 security deposit are required.
While the above rates generally apply to rentals, we do from time
to time offer special rates and last minute bookings at a discount
if there is a vacancy. If you want two or three concurrent weeks,
there may also be a discount. We do our best to be competitive in
the market place when comparing comparable accommodations. Keep
in mind these are truly nice condos, with all the amenities. you
could want and are probably not comparable to the 1 bedroom 1 bath
unit you may have found for $600 a week with a view of the building
next door and a block off the beach.. However, we will always do
our best to meet your needs so don’t hesitate to ask.
